So WA is winding its Covid responses back and this school is providing homework for students on a Year 7 English task to make up laws making vaccines compulsory, hard international boarder closures, compulsory quarantine for 21 days, travel bans, quarantine off shore Australia eg. Christmas Island! Is this a Christian School? Did I read correctly. Hasn't history proven that the states have been severe in their Covid responses, no state more than WA, and NOW this school is setting an assignment to make up laws to enact this terrible 2 years that we have all lived through and which has decimated our economy. Year 7 English/HASS - Culminating Task (English Task 4) Lord only knows what tasks 1,2 & 3 have been. How to change your own gender, or how to speak on an international forum on climate change at only 12 years of age.

As a student here I have found this the best school I’ve ever been to and the education and environment is amazing.

School is a very negative place to be. Principal only acknowledges “star pupils”. She seems to have little input at all. More interested in bringing in money, changing school name for “prestige”. Needs to focus on the pupils who keep her in a job and THEIR performance across the board. Teachers need leadership in discipline and class management. Deputy and head of high school are good value, interested in pupils and must be frustrated working with such a terrible principal. Would not recommend this school to anyone until changes are made and principal has moved on.

I have just seen the ACA reportI went to a private school and just completed year 12Judging by the reviews before the ACA report you have some serious issues at this school, bullying happens at any school but when you ignore it to the point that 10+ bad reviews pop up for bullying, then you clearly have a problem, and a 2 week suspension for not moving seats? Jesus Christ I did worse than that and only got 1 day suspensions at the most! You need to stop focusing on the money and the select few high achievers and focus on the rest of the school, they all pay your school feesI don’t know what else to say, you should be ashamed of your school!

Its no longer about teaching and growing minds to be independent thinkers, it’s about pushing the government agenda. The Year 7 HASS assignment is exactly why my child will not be attending your school

Horrible school. As a former student I have seen first hand the lack of care for students and complete disregard for their learning. High school is very bad, teachers stop caring about students, if you don’t understand a specific subject they offer no help and expect you too come to them and lots of their students are leaving. They are now realising that their future are the students and are trying to get them to stay. But offering scholarships to students who are about to leave is the wrong way of going about it. There are a few very nice teachers there who are willing to help the kids but overall they mostly don’t care. I would not recommend this school to anyone.

As a former student from this school, I found my time here very unpleasant for most of my journey. This included things such as unnecessary Drama and bullying throughout many years. Some teachers were very helpful and cared about your wellbeing as well other than just your education, but when it came to certain circumstances including approaching a student about a problem this is where the school lacked majorly. I enjoyed some components of the school but most of the time I don't remember not going home without a problem. The school I found cared about your appearance more than your education and yes I understand the morals of the school and the uniform policy but I find it a bit ridiculous on how I would get told off by a teacher for putting concealer over a blemish. I have now made the transition to a public school for my last 2 years of school and I personally think I have done it for the better.

I have been teaching at Court Grammar for nearly a year, with over thirty years of experience in other schools around the world. I also have two kids in the primary section. I have to say that I find teachers here dedicated, organised and caring about the children, and they work hard (a significant number of them would do anything to help a student) and the place is run pretty well from the top down. There are challenges, like everywhere else. Nothing is perfect. Students may have the full spectrum of abilities and home life may not be easy for some....but generally they are a great bunch of young people. In my opinion, this school is currently a good place to work and to learn, and I am assuming by the dates of many of the negative reviews, there have been a lot of changes in the last couple of years. This school is good and will hopefully get better still.

Most of the teachers here are invested in their roles and geniunely care about their students education. Overall, this is a pretty good school to attend, just as long as you can ignore the fact that the authoratative figures — who you would expect to be role model leaders — could not seem to care less about the opinions, concerns, and ideas of the people below them. Ask the prefects here if they feel like they have a say in anything that goes on in their school. Other than this and the fact that harrassment seems to be disregarded and the victims blamed, it's definately a lovely place to send your kids.(Have also heard that students have been asked to leave good reviews and gotten in trouble for sharing negative opinions.)

Clearly this school has moved away from Christian values, where respecting and loving your neighbour as well as walking humbly with God is the most important message Jesus taught us. How sad.
